Hotep, Brothers and Sisters!
The stars sure are beautiful tonight. Especially Asar, Aset and Heru. I wish I were in Kemet, Africa right now. The stars must look beautiful there, what with the backdrop of the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkare.

Yeah, I finally crawled out from under a rock.

And by "rock" I mean "my demanding, time consuming, energy zapping jobs". (Yes, plural.)

Frankly, I'm surprised I'm still alive. Who knew a person could survive off of soda, candy and ten hours of sleep a week with no days off?

That's gotta suck, I also work two jobs but at least I'm only at the second one twice a week and I can get into the office at 10 am during the week. I feel for you though, I wish you better days

Wow, I would love to see stars anywhere. In my smog laden city, the only stars I see are really airplane lights. They must be beautiful.

To hear that actually makes me a little sad, I couldn't imagine living in a place where one was unable to see the stars, the sunset, the moon rise over gilded silver seas, hear the ocean in the morning, smell the rain in afternoon

You're definately blessed. The last time I saw such beautiful images was when I visited my friends family in Tuscaloosa Alabama. It is a very small area with very few cars and it was just gorgeous.

Hmm... It's funny you say that. I live in a big city near an airport and most of the time all I see are planes, maybe a few stars. But normally the glow of the city lights are so bright, the stars are hardly visible.

Last night I didn't think I'd see any because of the overcast. But it cleared up a little later and... You know how after it rains and the clouds clear up and the sky's all nice and clean? That's how it was. It was almost as if the stars were shining brighter. 'Twas very purdy. :)
